Trying to sell something, need a little help with translation

  Hi,
  
  Just wondering if someone would be kind enough to translate into Japanese a very short message. By the way, please type in Japanese scripts not romaji. My computer does not support to write foreign characters so I myself cannot write them, but I can read them (read as in 'see' lol).
  
  I want to say "If I don't hear from you by the end of next week, I'll take it that you are not interested in the offer."
  
  I'd offer my own attempt but it would sound embarrassingly clumsy, so if you can help then I'd really appreciate it. Thank you.

  My guess would be: もし次の週末の前に連絡をしてもらなければ、オファーに(person's surnameの)興味がないと思います。 Not sure how natural-sounding this one is, though.

  heyMcCall, yours seems to be pretty logical, although I agree, I have no idea how natural it may sound.
  
  ThaLik, good reply but in this situation too simple, as it's more than simply "please reply by the end of next week".

  What you're saying just doesn't sound to my brain like anything I've ever heard, you know? I tend to avoid sentences like that. I could be wrong, though, my Japanese certainly isn't perfect.

  来週の終わりまでに御返事は送っていただけなけらば、他のバイヤーをお探ししないわけにはいかないので御座います。
  
  ^ This modification of what ThaLik has posted is most appropriate, given the formal circumstance.
  
  I might translate it to the gist of: "If I have yet to humbly receive an reply by the end of the week, I most graciously declare that I will have no choice but to search for another buyer."
  
  This is a nice way of writing such a thing, as it adheres to two aspects of Japanese business and language:
  1: It appeals to the assertive, formal language of Japanese business, which tends to favor assertion of personal volition within a humble context.
  2: It is very very humble in tone, and makes no presuppositions about the other party.
